Part one of a set of two manuals for the Practice of Meditation, written by me with the help of two of my best friends, Dr Vandrike Vincausen, AKA ~loreshaper-kethal, and Barbara Baptista, whis does not has a dA account.

This has the basics to attept meditation. Tecniques on how to do it discretly at home, advanced tecniques and such will be featured on the following manual.

WARNING: not to try this if you are being treated for any form of psychosis. That's when this gets risky, it can severely mess up your mental state.

After trying, please give me your feedback!
Use at will.

Thanks! Don't forget to check Part 2 (for how to hide this from your family) and I hope it both helps, and that you enjoy it!

Also...I'd like some feedback on it, so that I could improve it.

np, that already done :)
i meditate since 1-2 years now, and what you describe are good basis.
instead of incence, you can also use essential oils to apply on yourself. at the beginning they were quite helpful for me (we ofen underevaluate the sense of smell).

In here, the ones sold can't be placed on skin. They cause an alergic reaction.
